THE GOVERNING COUNCIL
The HRMAU Governing Council is a policy organ comprised of eleven members elected by the General Assembly at an Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Governing Council ensures that the Association is properly managed to enhance and protect the members’ interests and to ensure that HRMAU meets its statutory obligations to all stakeholders and the human resource management profession.

Ronald is an HR specialist with expertise in Organisational Development, change management and Performance Management among others. He holds a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology from Makerere University and has vast experience working in various organisations including KPMG Uganda, Housing Finance Bank, MUBS, Centenary Bank and True North Consult.
He has been a member of the HR Bill Task Force Committee mandated to work with the ministry of public service team and participated in the HR Bill drafting process. Over the years, Ronald as an HR consultant has had extensive exposure having steered over 30 different signature consultancies in various sectors including NGOS, the Private Sector and Public Sector.

Leticia Iguma

Leticia Iguma is an HR Generalist with expertise in Learning and Development as well as Organisational Culture among others. She holds a master’s degree in Management studies (Human Resource Management) from Uganda Management Institute and a bachelor’s degree in Community Psychology from Makerere University.
Leticia has experience from both the NGO sector and private sector. She has worked with Global Health Uganda and SGS Uganda Limited (Member of the SGS Group (Société Générale de Surveillance). Leticia is a multi-talented and hardworking HR professional who is enthusiastic about building teams and individuals at the workplace. She is currently on the learning and development team for the East African region in SGS.
Joyce Nakalema

Joyce Nakalema is an Organizational psychologist with expertise in Organizational Development and Talent Management among others. She holds a Master of Organizational Psychology from Makerere University and has vast experience working in various organisations including Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited, FINCA and Contour Consult.
Joyce has demonstrated success in the Development of the Capacity Development Plan and Strategy for Ministry of Water and Environment and Development and execution of the Talent Management Framework for Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited among other achievements. Joyce is a consistent negotiator, passionate and organised professional.
